I thought I had to abandoned this blog for life but I changed my mind. I will continue to maintain this blog using the original url. As you may all know this blog is the joycd80.info blog but I moved the domain to my own hosting server together with all the contents. I have to start from the scratch and this will serve as my first post. I will still continue to talk about health. Giving tips and information from my researches and own experienced. Some personal posts with regards of our health. Just like what I've started before. So I humbly end this initial post of mine by saying stay health and drink plenty of water this summer. Don't forget your sunscreen before you go out on a hot day.
