How can we avoid stress? It's unavoidable no matter what we because life is not perfect to feel good and happy everyday. I've done research about the causes of stress and the ways on how to get rid of it. It's easy to say no no to stress but when it's there, there's nothing you can do when you felt it. I think stress is part of our life. Stress from surroundings. Stress from the concern of our living. Stress from raising kids and stress by personal problems. Stress because we think we're stress. What can we do? We all do feel stress once in a while. So make the most of the day that you're not stress.
